Mashreq is seeking a Product Manager – Islamic Banking in Karachi to oversee the end-to-end management of Islamic Banking pricing pools across multiple currencies and lines of business. You will coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Shariah Governance to ensure compliant pool configurations and accurate profit sharing.

The role supports product Owners in setup, testing, and launch of Islamic Banking products, driving governance and innovation in Shariah-compliant

Competenze

• 7–10 years of banking experience, with at least 4–5 years in Islamic Banking.
• Proven experience in Mudarabah Pool management and Islamic Banking pricing methodologies.
• Experience with regulatory, Shariah, and audit requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end management of Islamic Banking pricing pools.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Shariah Governance.
• Lead new pool setup, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate profit distribution.
