Job summary

Mashreq Bank PSC is seeking a Product Manager – Islamic Banking to own end-to-end management, governance, and optimization of pricing pools across multiple currencies, including Individual and Business Banking products.

The role collaborates with Treasury, Finance, Technology, Operations and Shariah Governance to ensure compliant pool setup, testing, deployment, and ongoing product enhancements, while driving regulatory compliance and innovative Islamic banking propositions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of banking experience, including 4–5 years in Islamic Banking.
• Proven experience in Mudarabah pool management and pricing methodologies.
• Experience with Islamic deposit and investment products and product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of Islamic Banking pricing pools across currencies.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Shariah Governance.
• Lead new pool setup, requirements, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure regulatory and Shariah compliance of pricing and pools.
• Monitor pool performance and optimize structures.
