Job summary

ITC Worldwide is seeking a highly experienced CRM Techno‑Functional Consultant to lead enterprise Customer Engagement, AI Copilot, Power Platform, and integrations across Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and HubSpot.

The role combines business consulting with deep technical delivery to design, implement, validate, integrate and optimize CRM and AI-powered solutions, including governance and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 experience.
• Experience delivering customer engagement solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience with AI agents governance and QA.
• Ability to design end-to-end CRM and engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CRM and Customer Engagement solutions.
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Develop functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and solution blueprints.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and end-user enablement.
