Job summary

Inflection Club is seeking a CRM Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our member and prospect pipeline. You will own the integrity and performance of our CRM, ensuring every contact, deal stage, and communication touchpoint is accurate and timely.

You will work with the Director of Community & Operations to prevent relationship gaps, continuously improve CRM architecture, and scale pipelines, segments, and onboarding flows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on CRM or revenue operations experience with HubSpot as a hard requirement.
• Strong grasp of sales pipeline management, lifecycle stages and funnel reporting.
• Ability to build workflows and sequences without hand-holding.
• Exceptional attention to detail and async communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration: contacts, deal stages, properties, lifecycle stages.
• Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations to support acquisition and retention.
• Maintain dashboards and surface funnel insights to leadership succinctly.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure pipeline data reflects real-time activity.
• Ensure data integrity and pre-empt duplicates and anomalies.
