Job summary

Ace CPAs seeks an experienced CRM operations and automation specialist to own the GoHighLevel setup, clean stale data, and fix underlying CRM issues. You will control automations, ensure accurate lead routing, and maintain data integrity across multiple pipelines.

You will not sell or manage the sales team; you will own the CRM machinery, lead routing, and reporting. Strong emphasis on English writing and high-volume CRM maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on GoHighLevel. Not just CMS familiarity.
• Proven track record cleaning up a CRM at real volume (thousands of records).
• Fluency with dialer and email tools in a sales stack (PhoneBurner, Instantly, Apollo, SmartLead, or equivalents).
• Comfort building automations across Make, Zapier, n8n, or webhooks.
• Strong reporting instincts to interpret funnel data and diagnose issues.
• Excellent written English and the ability to tell a salesperson their pipeline is out of date.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly hygiene across eight pipelines (inbound, outbound, appointment setters, M&A).
• Audit stage accuracy; fix misfiled, stale, or duplicated records.
• Ensure every open opportunity has an owner and a dated next step.
• Deduplicate contacts; prevent duplicates across pipelines.
• Route leads to correct pipeline, setter, and calendar automatically.
