Job summary

Mediod Consulting in Multan is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our growing team and support day-to-day HR operations. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, records maintenance, and training programs while gaining exposure to international projects and ERP/software solutions.

Ideal candidates have a degree in HR or business administration, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operations.
• Support recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Help organize employee engagement and training programs.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and orientation sessions.
• Support performance management processes such as appraisals and feedback collection.
• Help in drafting HR communications, policies, and reports.
• Participate in HR projects and provide research and analysis as needed.
