Job summary

PromoGeneration is seeking a Fractional Inside Sales Representative (SDR) for a remote, part-time evening role based in Pakistan. You will drive outbound growth, build pipeline, and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in B2B sales or SDR, fluent English, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset. Salesforce experience is preferred and compensation includes an uncapped commissions structure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in B2B sales/SDR/lead generation
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
• Dedicated quiet home office setup with reliable internet
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce)
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline
• Identify high-value target accounts and decision-makers
• Qualify inbound/outbound prospects and assess pain points/budget
• Present and demonstrate core value of products to corporate buyers
• Maintain CRM records of outreach and sales stages in Salesforce
• Collaborate on scripts, objection handling and targeting
• Hit and exceed monthly KPIs, booked meetings and revenue targets
• Nurture client relationships for smooth hand-offs
