PromoGen is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound growth in a fully remote role. You will build and qualify a robust sales pipeline, map accounts, and engage key decision-makers across multi-channel outreach.

The position rewards high performers with uncapped commissions and rapid growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of B2B sales or SDR experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year hands-on B2B sales or outbound SDR experience.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Reliable home office setup with good internet connectivity.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation and outbound outreach across multiple channels to build a qualified pipeline.
• Account mapping and prospect research to identify decision-makers and high-value targets.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads by assessing pain points, goals and budget.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to corporate buyers.
• Maintain CRM records of outreach, interactions, and sales stages in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts and target audience maps.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, meeting quotas and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent follow-up and nurture to ensure smooth hand-offs to sales.
