Job summary

Infina Health, Karachi, seeks a Fleet Manager to optimize fleet operations for a US-based transportation division. This is a remote role requiring work during US EST (New York) hours, with fleets including ambulances, taxis, limousines, wheelchair vans and school buses.

You will manage vehicle inspections, driver trainings, maintenance policies, inventory, and data analytics to boost efficiency, and collaborate with Auto Mechanics to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics preferred.
• Experience in transportation, maintenance and logistics industry.
• Proven work experience in a similar role.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fleet Manager.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Inspection and Management.
• Oversee conduct of trainings for drivers.
• Assist in development of vehicle and equipment maintenance policies and procedures for internal, external, services.
• Maintenance Report, Warranty and Outside Recall Report.
• Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
• Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
• Responsible for proper handling of requisitions, orders, receipt and storage of stock.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained and communicate with concern departments regarding stocking, ordering and deliveries.
