Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
• Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
• Responsible for proper handling of requisitions, orders, receipt and storage of stock.

Our fleet is composed of ambulances, taxis, limousines, wheelchair vans, and school buses.

We are looking for highly organized candidates with good quantitative ability for the position. You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet, maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, among other duties. You will be working closely with Auto Mechanics in the company to ensure fleet operations run smoothly and our vehicles are maintained based on our organization’s standards.
