Job summary

I.T. For Less is seeking a detail-oriented CRM and Data Operations Specialist to manage, maintain, research, and improve our CRM data and marketing databases. This is a hands-on role focused on data mining, data enrichment, CRM management, and marketing automation.

The ideal candidate will validate information, correct and enrich records, identify gaps, maintain data quality, and execute CRM actions. A proactive, curious problem-solver who can work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Strong data mining, enrichment, and data quality skills.
• Proficient in building reports, dashboards, and data views.
• Ability to research and verify information from multiple sources.
• Detail-oriented with ability to troubleshoot CRM and data issues.
• Experience with marketing automation workflows and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Mine, research, validate, and enrich CRM data to support sales and marketing.
• Identify missing or duplicate records and perform data cleanup.
• Manage CRM entities: contacts, companies, leads, deals, and lifecycle stages.
• Perform imports, exports, migrations, and field mapping with QA.
• Create and update lists, segments, and automation workflows.
• Develop reports and dashboards for teams.
• Document CRM processes and data rules.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to meet data needs.
