Job summary

Cynur Technologies is seeking a Commission-Based Sales and Lead Generation Expert for a full-time remote role. You will identify, qualify, and convert prospects for digital solutions, outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms, and nurture leads through consultative conversations.

You will present services, arrange virtual meetings or demos, and maintain CRM records. Close deals to achieve commission targets while collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and written skills for outreach.
• Customer service and training capabilities to guide prospects.
• Proven sales experience, especially in B2B tech services.
• Proficient in Excel or similar tools for tracking leads and performance.
• Experience with CRM systems and online prospecting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet targets.
• Familiarity with digital services such as web development, e-commerce, and AI is advantageous.
• Education in Business/Marketing/Communications preferred but not mandatory.
