Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar business development role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high comfort level in making cold calls.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to thrive in an independent, remote work environment.
• A self-starter mentality with a competitive drive to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Generate new business through proactive outreach, utilizing cold calling and strategic email campaigning.
• Build Connections: Quickly develop trust and value-based business relationships with B2B clients.
• Understand the Client: Identify and analyze customer needs, requirements, and pain points.
• Champion Our Brand: Promote and position the strategic and tactical value of NextTexh's offerings.
• Coordinate Next Steps: Schedule concrete follow-ups with customers and territory specialists, including coordinating product demonstrations.
• Manage the Pipeline: Research, qualify, manage, and accurately track leads and related sales activities.
• Excel in a Fast-Paced Environment: Function competently and competitively in a highly transactional, remote setting that demands excellent project and time management skills.
• Collaborate: Develop strong relationships with Sales Leads to ensure smooth hand-offs and successfully convert leads into closed sales.
