You will conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email, present services, build relationships, schedule discovery calls, and maintain notes. The role can evolve from a commission-based start to a base salary plus commission based on results.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in lead generation, sales or business development is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services is a plus.
• Professional and confident approach to outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads for marketing and creative services.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
• Present and introduce Mad Visions' services to potential clients.
• Build and nurture initial relationships with prospects.
• Schedule meetings or discovery calls with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-ups.
