Job summary

Vortex Automations is seeking a Remote B2B Sales Closer on a commission-only, part-time basis. You’ll convert warm conversations into signed clients, with leads provided and no prospecting.

Work from home with UAE-aligned hours; 20-25 hours per week, 4-5 hours daily. First 3 months are commission-only, with 22% on setup and 22% on recurring fees, paid within 12 hours of client payment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience (closing, inside sales or cold calling).
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional phone presence.
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
• Self-discipline: able to work independently, remotely.
• Ability to explain technical services in business language.

Responsibilities

• Turn warm conversations into signed clients.
• Handle objections and move deals to closure.
• Keep accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and next steps.
• Provide market feedback to help sharpen the offer.
