Job summary

Marketing Transformers is seeking experienced outbound appointment setters to join our growing outbound sales division for the Xpress AI Growth Accelerator. This Full-Time role is remote from Pakistan and aligns with Australian Eastern Standard Time night shifts.

You will make 100–150 outbound calls daily to business decision-makers such as mortgage brokers and real estate directors, qualify prospects, handle objections, and book qualified appointments for senior sales consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound cold-calling experience on international campaigns (AU, US, or UK).
• Excellent spoken English with strong confidence and professionalism.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and noise-free workspace.
• Ability to navigate objections and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified prospects and schedule appointments.
• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily using our dialer.
• Qualify prospects using our sales framework.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Book qualified appointments into senior closer calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
