Job summary

BrainHub is seeking an Appointment Setter in Pakistan to connect prospective customers with appropriate business services and schedule qualified meetings for the sales or business development team.

You will make outbound calls, follow ups, and qualify prospects using structured questions, while maintaining CRM records and data quality. A transport benefit is provided under the rewards package.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Strong listening, questioning, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to qualify prospects using structured questions and identify genuine business needs.
• Professional telephone etiquette and consistent follow-up discipline.
• Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, calendars, email, and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective business clients.
• Introduce business support solutions clearly and professionally.
• Ask relevant questions to identify prospect needs and appointment suitability.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule meetings using approved processes and calendars.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, outcomes, and follow-up notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support smooth handovers.
• Meet agreed calling, appointment, and data-quality targets.
