Role: Appointment Booking Specialist supporting outreach to the Australian market. This is an on-site, full-time position in Lahore, Pakistan (Morning Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound appointment booking for prospective Australian clients using provided leads and CRM records.
• Conduct professional phone and email outreach to schedule discovery calls and demos at times suitable for Australian time zones (AEST/AEDT).
• Qualify leads against basic criteria and accurately record outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
• Coordinate with project and delivery teams to confirm availability and prepare brief handover notes for scheduled meetings.
• Maintain calendar management, send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to reduce no-shows.
• Track KPIs such as appointments booked, conversion rates, and no-show rates; perform basic reporting.

Job Specification

Must-Have

• 2+ years experience in appointment setting, tele-sales, or customer outreach with measurable results.
• Strong spoken and written English suitable for interacting with Australian clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and accurate data entry practices.
• Calendar management and time-zone coordination across AEST/AEDT.
• Ability to qualify leads using scripted questions and document outcomes clearly.
• Comfortable with phone and email outreach, voicemail strategies, and follow-up sequences.
• Organized, reliable, able to work independently in a small team; basic KPI tracking and reporting.
• Professional phone presence, patience handling objections, and persistence to secure meetings.
