Lever, Inc. is seeking an Associate Advertising Manager to launch, manage, and optimize search advertising campaigns across marketplace channels, with a focus on Amazon Sponsored Ads.

You will oversee budgets, analyze performance, and collaborate with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and other teams to improve visibility, engagement, and profitability. This remote role requires 1–2 years of hands-on marketplace advertising experience, managing around $50k in spend, strong Excel/Sheets

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads or similar marketplace campaigns.
• Experience managing $50k in advertising spend with budgets, bids, ROI, and performance.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel/Google Sheets to organize and analyze data.
• Experience creating performance reports and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience with Amazon advertising platforms or tools such as Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics is a plus; agency experience and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing are also preferred.

• Launch, manage, and optimize search marketing campaigns across channels at campaign, ad group, product, and keyword levels.
• Develop strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion while meeting profitability goals.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance to achieve ROI and sales targets.
• Analyze performance and deliver weekly reports with actionable insights for the business.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and other stakeholders to align brand strategies.
