Job summary

Flapen is seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to run client brands end-to-end, owning P&L, strategy, and execution from launch to mature catalog. You will be measured by TACOS, margin and revenue growth, not activity. The role is remote with async collaboration.

We value English fluency, strong ownership, and experience across launches, PPC, and margin optimization. Expect performance-based rewards and growth opportunities in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-funnel Amazon brand performance.
• Worked on product launches, PPC strategy, and margin improvement.
• Strong knowledge of TACOS, ACoS, CVR, forecasting, and traffic channels.

Responsibilities

• Own listings, strategy and marketplace performance for your brands.
• Monitor KPIs including TACOS, profit margin, conversion rate, and sales velocity.
• Coordinate across Creative, PPC, Sourcing, and Ops to hit brand targets.
• Lead new product launches from idea to live listing with timelines.
