Vigour Med Store is seeking an experienced remote accountant to support its U.S. healthcare distribution business, including Shopify eCommerce sales and B2B and government healthcare contracts.

The role covers AP/AR management, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, payroll support, and accurate financial reporting using QuickBooks Online. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least 3 years of experience are required, with Shopify or US GAAP experience a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing B2B invoicing, customer aging, and collections.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Generate and process customer invoices for B2B and government customers.
• Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Monitor Shopify order records, payment receipts, and bank deposits, investigating discrepancies.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
