Job summary

Edge is seeking an Accountant / Financial Analyst to build the accounting function from ground up for a US-based SaaS venture. This full-time, remote role involves establishing clean books, multi-entity management, and proactive financial guidance to the business owner.

You will own monthly closes, forecasts, dashboards, and GAAP-compliant reporting while coordinating with external tax advisors as needed. Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• ACCA or CA finalist is required.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with US GAAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and clean up accounting operations for a new SaaS company.
• Set up QuickBooks including COA, books, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Manage multi-entity accounting across LLCs/corporations and wind-down inactive entities.
• Own month-end and year-end close processes and prepare financial statements.
• Provide proactive financial analysis and dashboards for real-time insights.
