Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant Consumer Finance sales experience.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance products and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for secured and unsecured Consumer Finance products, including Credit Cards, Auto Finance, Home Finance, Islamic Personal Finance, and other related products.
• Meet assigned cross-selling and New-to-Bank customer acquisition targets.
• Manage and monitor the assigned customer portfolio to ensure continuous growth through customer retention and new client acquisition.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing personalized financial guidance and ensuring effective utilization of the Bank's products.
• Regularly visit markets within the assigned territory to acquire new customers and increase sales volumes and customer portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the sales and customer acquisition process.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer fairness, transparency, and service quality.
