Job summary

HBL People in Pakistan is seeking a results-driven relationship and sales professional to identify payroll mandates, build strong relationships with HR and Finance stakeholders across corporate clients, and drive onboarding, activation, and product penetration.

You will aim to increase CASA balances and cross-sell Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Finance, Mortgages, Bancassurance, and Digital Banking products, while conducting client meetings and employee sessions to drive engagement and business

Qualifications

• Identify and acquire new payroll mandates within assigned markets and segments.
• Build strong relationships with HR and Finance stakeholders across corporate clients.
• Drive employee onboarding, activation, balance growth, and portfolio deepening.
• Increase CASA balances and cross-sell Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Finance, Mortgages, Bancassurance, and Digital Banking products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, employee sessions, and business development activities to drive engagement and business growth.
• Achieve assigned targets relating to mandates, deposits, activation, product penetration, and revenues.
