Job summary

Daraz Pakistan is seeking a data-driven analyst to own search performance metrics and drive incremental sales on the platform. You will analyze data, build Excel-based dashboards, and work with the commercial team to identify opportunities that improve search efficiency and conversion.

The role requires fluency in English and Urdu, a minimum of one year in a data analytics role, and prior e-commerce exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar analytical role involving data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for transforming raw data into reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the Search Performance for Daraz Pakistan, including penetration, CTR, conversion, and efficiency.
• Fix search issues by adjusting query rewrites, category prediction, and algorithm tweaks.
• Conduct weekly reviews with the local commercial team to identify trends and reduce assortment gaps.
• Combine historical data with market trends to identify opportunities and drive incremental sales.
• Analyze search boosting events and ad-hoc assets to maintain search efficiency.
• Leverage top and zero-result keywords to generate incremental orders.
