• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, online merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry will be preferred.
