Job summary

Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to join our Sales Operations team in Lahore. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and support multiple initiatives to improve efficiency and drive growth.

You will partner with sales leaders, ensure data integrity, and translate complex insights into compelling narratives for leadership. A strong analytics background and hands-on SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

1–3 years in business intelligence or sales operations focusing on data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce; SQL mandatory; Apps Script, Hex, and N8N preferred.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights.
Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.
