Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Engineer to lead technical governance and operations for mission-critical facilities across the MENA region. You will interface with clients, operations teams, project teams, and service partners to drive engineering excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

The role requires deep experience in critical systems engineering, incident management, change control, and compliance, with a focus on uptime,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Professional Engineering qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mission-critical facilities or data centre operations.
Strong understanding of critical facility infrastructure and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

Provide regional technical leadership for mission-critical facilities in the MENA region.
Oversee operational performance of data centres and critical facilities.
Govern regional change management processes for critical systems maintenance.
Lead technical investigations for incidents and outages.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and client standards across regions.
Support capacity planning and projects through technical input and design reviews.
Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
Promote safety culture and ensure safe systems of work across portfolios.
