Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering and PE or equivalent.
• Professional Engineering qualification or equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mission-critical facilities or data centre operations.
• Strong understanding of critical facility infrastructure and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for mission-critical facilities and infrastructure across the MENA region.
• Govern regional change management processes for critical systems maintenance and modifications.
• Lead technical investigations for critical incidents and infrastructure outages.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client engineering standards.
