Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Maintenance Manager (ROM) to deliver regional maintenance operations, focusing on HSSE delivery and supplier performance across service stations. The role emphasizes adherence to budgets, effective procurement coordination, and proactive safety culture across sites.

The candidate will oversee PTW, asset condition surveys, and monthly/bi-weekly performance discussions, ensuring cost control, procurement alignment, and data integrity in Maximo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance with strong HSSE management
• Experience with fuel stations/petroleum industry knowledge is a plus
• Strong English and local language communication skills

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for HSSE requirements and ensure supplier performance
• Manage supplier accreditation and re-accreditation with HSSE team
• Oversee Permit to Work (PTW) system and supplier qualification
• Promote safe work practices and a culture of proactive HSSE engagement
• Conduct Asset Condition Surveys for service stations in area
• Support budgeting and spend forecasting; articulate variances monthly
• Verify invoices and assess repair/replacement needs for efficiency
• Coordinate with PSC and PMC to ensure data accuracy and minimal disruption
• Develop procurement strategies with country Supply Chain Manager
• Collaborate with COE to share knowledge and best practices
