CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager (ROM) responsible for regional operational maintenance delivery to meet budget and support the Customer Value Proposition.

You will validate HSSE delivery, manage PTW, perform asset surveys for service stations, monitor spend, verify invoices, coordinate with PMC/COE, and drive supplier performance to ensure safe, efficient site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Electrical) required.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance with strong HSSE management.
• Experience maintaining fuel stations or petroleum industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the focal point for all HSSE requirements.
• Carry out supplier accreditation with HSSE team for new and re-accreditation of suppliers.
• Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system and ensure training and qualifications.
• Promote safe work practices and a culture of proactive HSSE engagement.
• Conduct asset condition surveys of service stations in area of responsibility.
• Prepare for bi-weekly and monthly meetings to discuss operational performance and budget phasing.
