Job summary

ACT International is seeking an SBC Programme Team Lead to oversee BNP 3.0 implementation across ten districts in Punjab in partnership with UNICEF Punjab and BNP/BNP, in collaboration with government bodies. The role focuses on SBC, nutrition, ECD, parenting, and community engagement, ensuring non-clinical, policy-aligned service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, SBC, Social Sciences, ECD, Development Studies or another relevant discipline.
• Professional training in SBC, nutrition, ECD, parenting, programme management or related technical area will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in development, humanitarian or social-protection programming.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior technical, coordination or programme-management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day implementation of BNP 3.0 across Facilitation Centres and districts.
• Provide technical leadership on SBC/SBCC, community engagement and behaviour-change interventions.
• Coordinate staffing, supervision, and capacity development activities.
• Oversee MEAL, governance, and quality assurance links across programmes.
• Maintain coordination with government departments, UN agencies and partners.
