Job summary

ACT International invites applications for a Case Management Officer to serve the Lahore and Sahiwal regions. The contract-based role focuses on identifying, registering, counselling, and supporting eligible beneficiaries through BNP guidelines and donor requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a social science and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong communication, documentation, and MS Office skills, and Urdu fluency. Rolling reviews; early applications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in case management or related fields.
• Experience with government departments, NGOs, or donor-funded programmes is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of case management principles and community engagement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Urdu fluency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, mobilization, and awareness to promote programme services.
• Identify, register, screen, and verify eligible beneficiaries per BNP guidelines.
• Provide comprehensive case management: assessment, planning, follow-up, and referrals.
• Counsel beneficiaries on services, entitlements, nutrition, and health options.
• Coordinate referrals to health facilities with proper follow-up and documentation.
• Maintain confidential beneficiary records and programme documentation.
• Conduct household visits and monitor beneficiary progress.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly programme reports.
• Support trainings, campaigns, meetings, and other programme activities.
• Report complaints, safeguarding issues, and any irregularities to supervisors.
