Job summary

ACT International is seeking a Senior NDF Officer to oversee BNP 3.0 activities across districts in Punjab, coordinating nutrition, SBC, ECD and parenting workstreams. The role involves supervising NDF Officers, ensuring field coverage, and reporting in line with programme standards.

You will collaborate with UNICEF Punjab, BNP partners and district stakeholders, manage referrals, monitor quality, and support capacity development while upholding safeguarding and gender equality commitments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience supervising field teams.
Strong district-level coordination and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Develop district/cluster workplans, activity schedules and field coverage plans.
Monitor progress against targets and identify gaps.
Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching and technical guidance to NDF Officers.
Coordinate with government and community stakeholders and partners.
Ensure data quality and timely reporting.
