Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT, Monday–Friday

Salary: From PKR 100,000 per month

The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for UK-based vacancies while working closely with clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases
• Review CVs and match candidates to suitable vacancies
• Conduct telephone and video interviews
• Liaise with UK clients and hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate records and compliance documentation
• Build strong candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent spoken English is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, resourcing, or client-facing experience preferred
• Confident conducting interviews and assessing CVs
• Target-driven, organised, proactive, and professional
• Comfortable working UK hours from our Lahore office
