Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking a Recovery Officer in Islamabad to manage installment collections and customer communications. You will monitor accounts, coordinate with the Finance Department, and work to meet recovery targets while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years experience in recovery/collections.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly installment schedules and ensure timely payments from customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to verify transactions and facilitate issuance of receipts.
• Update and share customer account statements on a regular basis.
• Monitor default cases at unit level and initiate reminder letters and legal notices where required.
• Share project and construction updates with customers via email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct physical meetings with customers at the developer's office when necessary.
• Prepare recovery reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
