Job summary

10Pearls, LLC is seeking a backend engineer with deep expertise in real-time media streaming, low-latency communication, and distributed backend systems using C++ or Go. You will design and build backend microservices powering real-time audio/video streaming and data flows across distributed architectures.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong WebRTC, RTP/SRTP knowledge, and proficiency with FFmpeg/GStreamer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development in Go and/or C++.
• Real-time media streaming expertise: RTP/SRTP, WebRTC, SFU.
• Experience with FFmpeg or GStreamer for media processing.
• Building RESTful and WebSocket APIs; low-latency systems.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Go/C++.
• Build real-time microservices for low-latency, distributed systems.
• Develop WebSocket, REST, and real-time APIs.
• Integrate media workflows using FFmpeg and GStreamer.
• Work with MySQL, Redis, MongoDB for real-time data.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance with DevOps/SRE.
