Job summary

HR POD Careers is seeking an experienced software developer to design, build, and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core. You will craft scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems while optimizing data handling and performance.

Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and product teams, contribute to architecture discussions, and uphold secure, scalable code. This role emphasizes ownership, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core and experience building scalable backend systems and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL knowledge, familiarity with AWS or Azure, and an understanding of authentication and security practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with experience in Docker / Kubernetes and exposure to distributed systems.
• Experience working with SaaS, OTT, or enterprise platforms, along with exposure to AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and distributed backend systems.
• Optimize database queries and ensure high-performance data handling.
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Apply application security, scalability, and performance best practices.
