Qualifications

• 2–4 years practical experience with CLO3D or Marvelous Designer.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making and fabric physics.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and UV unwrapping; knowledge of Blender, ZBrush or Substance Painter is a plus.
• Familiarity with real‑time asset optimization and engine limits.

Responsibilities

• Craft detailed 3D garments using CLO3D or Marvelous Designer.
• Create modular clothing components such as interchangeable collars, sleeves, and necklines.
• Simulate realistic fabric behavior, including drape, stretch, and tension.
• Optimize mesh topology, unwrap UVs and export lightweight OBJ, FBX or GLTF files for web viewers.
• Perform technical quality checks to fix mesh penetration, z‑fighting and seam issues.
• Collaborate with fashion designers and software engineers to integrate assets.
