Job summary

Logixa LAB in Karachi is seeking a Fashion Designer with 2-4 years' experience in Eastern wear to head the creation and technical development of its customizable line.

This full-time role requires turning concepts into modular silhouettes, coordinating with master tailors, pattern makers, and 3D artists, and delivering technical flats, tech packs, measurement charts and approved samples. Experience with CLO3D or Marvelous Designer is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience designing commercial Eastern garments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Procreate for technical illustration.
• Strong technical understanding of Eastern garment construction, pattern grading and tailoring.
• Good knowledge of textile properties, fabric behavior and trim sourcing.
• Familiarity with CLO3D or Marvelous Designer is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize modern Eastern silhouettes and modular elements such as interchangeable sleeves, necklines, hems, and cuts.
• Interpret Gen Z and youth fashion trends into distinct, market-ready apparel.
• Produce technical flats, tech packs, measurement charts, and detailed construction guidelines.
• Research and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for modular manufacturing.
• Work closely with master tailors, pattern makers, and 3D digital artists to perfect prototypes and samples.
• Lead fitting sessions to verify drape, proportion and finish quality.
