Qualifications

• Proficient in professional 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Hands-on ability in polygonal modeling, sculpting, texturing, lighting and rendering.
• Experience preparing assets for real-time engines or AR/WebAR is valuable.
• Strong eye for composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models, environments, props, and product visualizations from sketches or references.
• Develop UV layouts, textures, materials, lighting, and camera setups for high-quality renders.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance and integration into software, AR/WebAR pipelines.
• Prepare and export optimized GLB/GLTF assets when required.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand briefs and feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and production-ready deliverables.
• Research visual references and emerging 3D techniques and workflows.
