Qualifications

• Proficient in professional 3D modeling and rendering software.

• Strong eye for composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models, environments, props, and product visualizations from sketches or references.
• Develop UV layouts, textures, materials, lighting, and camera setups for high-quality renders.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance and integration into software, AR/WebAR pipelines.
• Prepare and export optimized GLB/GLTF assets when required.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand briefs and feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and production-ready deliverables.

Markify Technologies is seeking a creative and technically capable 3D Artist / 3D Designer to join its software-focused team in Karachi.

The role involves creating high-quality 3D assets and visual content for digital products, interactive experiences, AR/WebAR applications, marketing materials, presentations, and other software-related projects.

The successful candidate will translate concepts, sketches, and reference materials into polished 3D models, textures, materials, lighting setups, and final renders while maintaining visual quality, consistency, and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models, environments, props, and product visualizations from sketches, specifications, or reference materials.
• Develop UV layouts, textures, materials, lighting, camera setups, and high-quality rendered outputs.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance, quality, and integration into software, AR, WebAR, and interactive production pipelines.
• Prepare and export optimized GLB/GLTF assets when required.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project stakeholders to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, source assets, and production-ready deliverables.
• Research visual references, emerging 3D techniques, and workflows.

Job Specification

• Strong proficiency with professional 3D modeling and rendering software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on ability in polygonal modeling, sculpting, retopology, UV unwrapping, texturing, material creation, lighting, and rendering.
• Understanding of composition, color, proportion, perspective, form, and visual storytelling.
• Experience preparing optimized assets for real-time engines, interactive applications, animation, or product visualization is valuable.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and reference material accurately.
• Familiarity with image-editing, compositing, and asset-management workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, file organization, time management, and responsiveness to creative feedback.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D work is expected.
