Job summary

Marqon Prints in North Karachi Industrial Area is seeking an experienced Sublimation Textile Designer to create all-over and repeat patterns for apparel, including dupatta and kurti designs. You will prepare print-ready TIFF files, ensure color accuracy, and collaborate with production to deliver final designs.

Qualifications

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for textile artwork and production files.
• Understanding of sublimation printing, color separation, resolution, bleed and file preparation.
• Ability to create seamless patterns, repeat layouts, placement graphics and color variations.
• Knowledge of color theory, color matching, typography and print quality control.
• Translate concepts into original commercial designs with attention to detail.

• Make design revisions and complete work according to production requirements.
