Job summary

Tata Capital in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Valuation Specialist to lead industry research, perform asset valuations, and design valuation models for a diversified real estate portfolio. The role requires on-site engagement with clients and close collaboration with builders, developers and regulatory bodies.

You will inspect properties across residential, commercial and industrial sectors, identify revenue opportunities, monitor market trends, and ensure accuracy of reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Diploma/Degree in Civil or Architecture.
• Experience in real estate valuation or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth industry, market and competitor research.
• Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using asset valuation approaches.
• Design valuation models for asset valuation.
• Interact with clients to gather data and on-site collection of client asset data.
• Inspect residential, commercial and industrial properties/assets.
• Identify new revenue streams and maintain relationships with builders.
• Liaise with valuation agencies, developers and government bodies for market analysis.
• Monitor projects and provide periodic reports to management.
• Segment markets by property type to identify high-risk areas.
• Develop checks to control fraud and monitor funding on properties.
• Scrutinize project approvals for compliance and timely updates.
• Conduct property audits to analyze collateral risk.
• Keep track of market developments and lending parameter impacts.
• Train and evaluate team and coordinate with legal on technical evaluation.
• Maintain MIS related to technical evaluation.
