Job summary

EY Parthenon Karachi seeks a Manager/Senior Manager in Valuations and Modeling to lead client engagements across Real Estate, GPS, EA, DA and more. You will conduct valuations, build robust financial models and provide strategic insights to clients.

You will also mentor juniors, develop technical solutions, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic professional services environment. A minimum of 6 years in valuation is required; CFA progress is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• At least 6 years of related business valuation work experience.
• Modelling and appraisal experience in various sectors with multiple valuations.
• Deep understanding of valuation fundamentals and market assessment.
• IFRS standards related to fair value and business combinations.

Responsibilities

• Focus on commercial issues and acquisition/ transformation planning.
• Contribute to valuation client engagements and internal projects.
• Plan, prepare, and review deliverables (Excel data books, reports, presentations).
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
