Job summary

EY Parthenon in Karachi is seeking a Senior - Valuations and Business Modeling to join the VME team. You will tackle client transactions, perform strategic valuation analyses, and contribute to financial modelling across industries.

You will apply IFRS fair value concepts, lead complex models, and collaborate with management to deliver actionable insights and value to clients in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• 3–5 years of related business valuation experience.
• Modelling and appraisal across sectors; multiple valuations and PPA.
• IFRS knowledge related to fair value measurements and financial reporting.
• Discounts/premiums, option pricing models, PWERM, intangible asset valuation.

Responsibilities

• As a VME Executive, you will contribute to valuation client engagements and internal projects.
• You will understand business drivers, co-developing client approaches and valuing strategic priorities.
• You will prepare deliverables, including Excel data books, written reports, and presentations.
• You will coach juniors and support learning within the team.
