Qualifications

• Demonstrated project planning and delivery capability across scopes, schedules and resources.
• Experience coordinating construction or real estate development stakeholders such as contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to monitor budgets, costs, procurement, project changes and schedule performance using organized tracking methods.
• Solid understanding of construction quality, site safety and compliance processes.
• Strong risk identification, problem-solving and issue-escalation skills with timely corrective action.
• Clear written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, project scheduling or project management tools and standard office software.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities through project completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan project activities, milestones, schedules, budgets and resource requirements from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep construction and development work aligned.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify delays or risks early, and develop practical mitigation and recovery actions.
• Oversee quality, safety and compliance requirements in collaboration with relevant technical and site teams.
• Track project costs, procurement needs, change requests and documentation, escalating significant variances appropriately.
• Conduct project and site coordination meetings, maintain clear records, and provide timely progress reports to management.
• Support issue resolution and stakeholder communication while promoting the company’s standards for transparent dealings and customer satisfaction.
