Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Multan. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct site visits, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process for residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential properties, contacting prospective buyers and sellers, scheduling and attending viewings, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role involves providing accurate market information, preparing documentation, coordinating with legal and financial partners when needed, and ensuring smooth, transparent transactions. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and contribute to local marketing and networking activities to expand Apna Plot’s presence in Multan.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of local property regulations.
• Candidates should possess Real Estate and Real Property skills, including familiarity with residential and commercial markets.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management.
