• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
• 5–6 years of hands-on RF optimisation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas and network functionalities.
• Proficient with GSM/UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
• Experience with network analysis and optimisation tools.
