The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating quality assurance activities across the hospital to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will conduct quality audits, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives. The role involves ensuring adherence to patient safety standards, investigating quality-related incidents, facilitating corrective and preventive actions, maintaining quality documentation, preparing reports, and providing guidance and training to staff on quality and compliance matters. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will collaborate with departmental leaders to promote a culture of excellence, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement while supporting the hospital’s quality management and accreditation objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Total Quality Management, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant practical experience in a tertiary care hospital.
